Shipping policy

Shipping options are discussed with the customer on a per order basis. We offer delivery through the post, local delivery to the South Wales areas organised by us or collection from a local music venue Green Rooms located in Treforest Industrial Estate, South Wales, CF37 5YB.

Green Rooms is a vibrant rehearsal and gig space with incredibly well stocked practice rooms, fantastic bar, and excellent local bus and train connections. It only made sense for us to partner with them for local collections.

Returns to us are covered at the buyers expense, unless there is an issue with the product itself. Either we will issue a pre-paid shipping label or we would re-imburse you for your return via an approved method/carrier.
